In continuation of T.R.E.E. Initiative afforestation advocacy drive, a series of Tree Planting Flag-off Programs and Climate Change Mitigation Workshops will be held for stakeholders in some selected communities across the country in 2018. T.R.E.E Initiative extends its visit to various Ogun State's Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in anticipation of the flag-off of the afforestation initiative and set up of Climate Change focus groups in communities across the LCDA in 2018. The team comprising 'Ropo Egbeleke and 'Sola Kolawole made the visit to key officials of the LCDAs.
The Executive Chairman, Ijebu North Local Government, Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State. Hon. Adebayo Adekoya this week played host to the T.R.E.E. Project team comprising 'Ropo Egbeleke and 'Sola Kolawole during a scheduled field assessment visit to the local council ahead of the flag-of the afforestation and revegetation initiative in communities around Ijebu North Local Government Area in 2018.
T.R.E.E. Project was at Ago Iwoye Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in continuation of her afforestation advocacy implementation plan. T.R.E.E. Initiative team was received at Ago Iwoye LCDA, Ago Iwoye Ogun State by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Ayodele Bush Ademosu FCA.
T.R.E.E. Project was also at Ijebu North Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in continuation of her afforestation advocacy plan. T.R.E.E. Initiative team was received at Ijebu North Central LCDA at Ijebu-Oru, Ogun State by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Adesola Adefisan. Communities under consideration for the falg-off includes Oru, Awa, Ilaporu, Aparaki, Mamu/Ehin-Etiri and others around Ijebu North Central LCDA in 2018.
T.R.E.E. Initiative was also hosted by Ijebu Igbo West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) this week in continuation of her afforestation advocacy implementation plan. T.R.E.E. Initiative team was received at Ijebu Igbo West LCDA at Ojowo, Ogun State by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Adekambi Adegoke alongside the Vice Chairman, Hon. (Alh) Mukaila Animashaun and the Secretary to the LCDA, Hon. (Alh) R.O. Odusina.
